Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Issues: If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at sales@ottomanred.co.uk We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds: Our Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Some items are non-returnable (e.g., personalized items, digital downloads, sale items – if applicable).
How to Initiate a Return: 1) Contact us at sales@ottomanred.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. 2) We will provide a return authorization and instructions. 3) Send the item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your return authorization.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the wrong or defective item was sent.
